President of Liberia, Mr. George Weah at the Western Wall: “We are partners. This is my third time here, and I’m glad I can come here to pray. I pray everywhere, but especially here. For our success, for peace, for the protection of my family. This is a place that everyone knows, and we have the privilege to be here.”
Upon the beginning of his visit to Israel, President George Weah of Liberia arrived at the Western Wall together with his wife and a delegation of ministers and members of parliament from Liberia for a visit and prayer at the Western Wall Plaza.
Subsequently, the President was presented with an album about the Western Wall Tunnels and the holy sites, which tells the story of the Western Wall throughout the generations, by the Western Wall Rabbi. The delegation concluded the visit with a tour of the new route in the Western Wall Tunnels, the “Great Bridge.”
