Latvian President Egils Levits and his wife came to visit and pray at the Western Wall immediately upon landing in Israel.
President Levits, who has Jewish roots, was very impressed by the visit and wrote in the Guest Book:

During his official visit to Israel, U.S. undersecretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, John K. Hurley, visited the Western Wall this week.
