Last night, in a glorious ceremony, a Torah scroll was dedicated at the Western Wall in memory of the Admor of Sadigura zz”l. The event took place in the presence of the Sadigura Rebbe and the Rabbi of the Western Wall and holy sites, other admorim, rabbis, and many hassids. Another Torah scroll was dedicated in memory of the donor’s father, Yehoshua Landau z”l, who passed away about a year ago, a survivor, and a descendent of the Noam Elimelech.

Dedication of the Western Wall Heritage Center
The Western Wall Heritage Center building, built by the Western Wall Heritage Foundation with the assistance of various government offices and with the donation of Mr. Mortimer B. Zuckerman, In partnership with James Gertler and Eric Gertler, will serve as an educational center for groups and individuals coming to the Kotel to deepen the connection between the Jewish nation and Jerusalem.

The President of the Republic of Columbia visits the Western Wall
The President of the Republic of Columbia, Iván Duque Márquez, came to the Western Wall this evening as part of his visit to Jerusalem and to the Old City.
The President said that the visit touched his heart. He prayed a personal prayer and placed a note between the stones of the Western Wall.
