President-elect Isaac (Bougie) Herzog came to pray on the eve of being sworn in as president of Israel

President-elect Isaac (Bougie) Herzog came with his wife to the Western Wall this evening to pray and place a note between the Kotel stones on the eve of being sworn in as president of Israel.
The president-elect was greeted by Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, rabbi of the Western Wall and holy sites and his wife, and by Mordechai (Suli) Eliav, director of the Western Wall Heritage Foundation.
