Update for Worshippers and Visitors to the Western Wall
At this time, the Western Wall Plaza and the Western Wall Tunnels sites remain open and are operating as usual, while carefully adhering to the instructions and guidelines of the Home Front Command. In the event of an advance warning of sirens in the Jerusalem area, worshippers and visitors will be directed to the protected spaces located on site.
The Western Wall Heritage Foundation emphasizes to the public the critical importance of fully complying with the instructions of the Home Front Command and the security forces. Adhering to these guidelines saves lives.
All prayers offered at the holy site will be dedicated to the safety and success of the soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces, the members of the security forces, and the pilots of the Israeli Air Force, who are standing with courage and determination in defense of the People of Israel and the Land of Israel at this time.
