Conditions and Regulations – Individual tours / Western Wall Tourist Sites
Following is important information regarding visits to the tourist sites at the Western Wall. Please read carefully before making reservations.
Coronavirus updates:
The Western Wall tourist sites are considered museums as far as Health Ministry regulations (such as showing Tav Yarok/Green Pass for all participants, etc.) Please stay updated regarding Health Ministry regulations before your tour date. Entry will not be permitted without the Green Pass required by the Health Ministry and no refund will be given for not abiding by the official Health Ministry regulations.
General Information:
Visiting the sites is suitable for all year and all weather. Inclement weather is not a reason to cancel the tour.
Children up to age 5 (not including) are not required to pay for the following sites: The Western Wall Tunnels, the Chain of Generations Center, the Behind the Scenes tour. Tickets should be reserved for them, at not cost, and an ID will be requested at the entrance to the site.
Tickets needed from the age of 3 at A Look into The Past and A Journey to Jerusalem (Note! These sites are not recommended for small children due to the technological complexity and content. We leave this to the discretion of the parents.)
Refunds will not be given for not showing up or for being late for any reason. Please come early and plan for possible traffic and other events in Jerusalem. Latecomers will not be allowed entry in order not to disturb the experience for tours taking place at the sites.
We recommend arriving at the entrance of the site / Western Wall Plaza approximately half an hour before your reserved tour time.
Cancellation of tours – Individuals (cancellation by phone only!)
Cancellation / changes up to 48 hours before tour (business days Sun – Thurs between 8:30am – 5pm – no charge
Cancellation within 48 hours / not showing up for tour / late for tour time – will be charged in full! Unfortunately, tours that were reserved cannot be postponed.
Accessibility
Must be arranged in advance when reserving tour.
