Delegation of the Hungarian government comes to pray and tour at the Western Wall
A delegation of the government of Hungary, led by Mr. Gergely Gulyás, a minister in the Prime Minister’s office, and Hungarian ambassador to Israel, Mr. Péter Hlinka, came to the Western Wall to pray and tour.
The delegation was greeted by the rabbi of the Western Wall and holy sites, Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, who explained to them about Jewish yearning for Jerusalem throughout the generations. He then recited Chapter 121 from Psalms with them and prayed for the success and peace of both countries. Finally, they toured the new route in the Western Wall Tunnels.
