“A true spiritual experience” is how Hungarian ambassador to Israel, Levente Benko, described his visit to the Western Wall and his meeting with the rabbi of the Western Wall and holy sites. The Rabbi gifted the ambassador with a coin with an etching of an ancient synagogue.
The ambassador noted that the Hungarian government will fight any infringement on religious freedom of Jews in Europe.
