The new Chief of General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, and the outgoing Chief of General Staff in their visit to the Western Wall

The new Chief of General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, Major General Aviv Kochavi, and the outgoing Chief of General Staff, Major General Gadi Eizenkot, came to pray at the Western Wall. Hundreds of worshippers from Israel and abroad excitedly greeted them. The chiefs of staff recited chapters of Psalms, the prayer for the welfare of IDF soldiers, and the prayer for the welfare of the State of Israel. Then they placed a note between the stones of the Wall.
