On Tusday, the 8th of Tevet, 5778 (December 26, 2017), hundreds of students from Ashkelon came to Jerusalem. The 7th Graders from all the schools in Ashkelon came to Jerusalem for an experiential tour. The students visited various sites in the Old City and the Western Wall; and through these historic sites, they learned about the Jewish chain of generations which they are joining as its newest links.
