The Prime Minister of Macedonia, Mr. Zoran Zaev, visited the Western Wall along with ministers and members of his countrys government.
He was greeted by Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, Rabbi of the Western Wall and Holy Sites, who prayed with him in front of the sacred stones.
I pray for the success of the people of my country, said the Prime Minister, as he also wrote his plea in the Western Wall Heritage Foundations visitors book.
The Prime Minister noted that he had visited the Western Wall two years ago, before his appointment as prime minister, and that he felt a sense of holiness and grandeur at the Western Wall.
