The Western Wall Heritage Foundation thanks the more than 200 participants in the seminar day on the topic of Under the Surface that took place yesterday (10th of Av) in the Western Wall Tunnels. The seminar, in conjunction with the Matmonei Haaretz association, dealt with the topic of Judaism and archeology from the perspectives of various professionals and rabbis in the fields of halacha (Jewish law) and archeology of the Kotel complex and Temple Mount.
The participants enjoyed the in-depth lectures and fascinating tours of the excavations and the new sites that have not yet been revealed to the general public.
