The Thai Ambassador to Israel, Ms. Pannabha Chandraramya, visited the Western Wall.

She began her visit with a meeting with the rabbi of the Western Wall and Holy Sites, Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, who expressed solidarity with her regarding the Thai hostages held by Hamas along with the other hostages. He also mentioned the ongoing prayers at the Western Wall for their release, which have been held continuously for nine months since the horrendous events of Oct 7th.

Afterward, the ambassador and members of the embassy in Israel toured various sites in the Western Wall Tunnels and the new exhibit ‘Gateway to Heaven,’ which was recently opened to the public. This exhibit provides a glimpse into the history of the Jewish people through the ages, who come to pour out their hearts at these ancient stones.
