Costs and additional information:
- Tour length: Approximately one hour
- The tour will begin at the time that was scheduled in advance. Please connect through the link that was sent before the tour time.
- Please make sure the internet connection is working well so you can enjoy the tour.
Individuals and Families:
To register for the tour, click on the “reserve tour” link and choose the time that suits you best from among those that appear on the screen. Every ticket allows you to watch from one computer (with no limit to the number of family members who can watch together, of course).
Cost for ticket – Tours for Individuals (as part of tour for the public): 10NIS
Reservation confirmation: When the reservation process is completed, you will be sent an email to the address you entered confirming your reservation. Please make sure you received the confirmation since that email address will be where we send the link for you to watch the tour broadcast live on the day of your tour.
Groups (private guiding for a defined group)
Groups interested in arranging for a private guide can contact us with the link “reserve tour” for groups. After the request is sent, a representative of ours will get back to you to arrange a time based on the tour schedule and character of the group (age, language, time differences abroad, etc.). Due to the great demand, there may be “crowds” for some of the time slots. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Cost of ticket for a group tour (up to 50 people – from different computers simultaneously) – Only 250 NIS!
Reservation confirmation: When the reservation process is completed, you will be sent an email to the address you entered confirming your reservation. Please make sure you received the confirmation since that email address will be where we send the link for you to watch the tour broadcast live on the day of your tour.
The link sent to the email address you entered prior to the time of the tour should be sent to all those participating in the live tour so they can join the broadcast. The link will be sent only to the contact person who made the reservation.
General:
Connection to the tour in real time: On the day of the tour (up to two hours before it is slated to begin) you will receive a link with an invitation to view the tour live. The link will be active for 20 minutes prior to the broadcast so you can get things set up and make sure everything is working. We recommend making sure the sound and camera are on and functioning. The tour will begin at the scheduled time.
Important! Many people from Israel and around the world will be participating in the tour so please put yourselves on “mute” to prevent background noises from being heard during the tour. At different stops along the tour, there will be time for asking questions, etc.
System requirements: The tour will be broadcast using ZOOM which requires an active internet or WiFi connection, speakers, and a screen. If you have a camera, it can also be connected so the guide can see you.
Recommendation:
- If you have a large screen – we recommend connecting it to the computer so the entire family can enjoy the broadcast easily and comfortably.
- The tour can also be watched on smartphones. Make sure you have cellular or WiFi connection.
Operating ZOOM – The system is easy to operate. However, we suggest you become acquainted with how it operates ahead of time since during the live broadcast, we will not be able to assist in providing solutions with technological/ communication issues. You can learn to use the system at any time by going to the ZOOM website.
