Seven hundred lone soldiers from around the world came with the staff of the Olim Division of Michveh Alon for their swearing-in ceremony at the Western Wall. It moved us to tears to hear the variety of languages at the Western Wall Plaza that served as evidence of the return to Jerusalem and the fulfillment of Next Year in Jerusalem!
Prayers to the Western Wall from 140 countries: “For My House shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.”
Ahead of Rosh Hashanah, in keeping with tradition: Prayer notes placed between the stones of the Western Wall over the past six months have been removed and transferred for ritual burial.
