The Western Wall Heritage Foundation shares in the sorrow of the Herzog family upon the passing of Ora Herzog, mother of President Isaac Herzog, and wife of the sixth president and military governor of Jerusalem when it was reunited, Chaim Herzog z’l. Mrs. Herzog was the founder of the Council for a Beautiful Israel that gave the Israel Prize to the Western Wall Tunnels in 1993.

Head of the Mossad Visits the Western Wall for the First Time Since Assuming Office: “The Strength of Israel Will Not Lie!”
Upon entering office, the newly appointed head of the Mossad, Major General Roman Gofman, visited the Western Wall this morning for prayer and reflection.
