During his visit to Israel, American Congressman Mr. Tim Ryan arrived at the Western Wall. After touring the Tunnels, he said that he enjoyed “an incredible tour of the Western Wall Tunnels and the rich history of the site going back so many thousands of years. It was such an honor and so powerful and moving… and I would encourage everyone to come and see this with your own eyes.”
Prayers to the Western Wall from 140 countries: “For My House shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.”
Ahead of Rosh Hashanah, in keeping with tradition: Prayer notes placed between the stones of the Western Wall over the past six months have been removed and transferred for ritual burial.
