A seminar for rabbis of “Hemmed” (Religious State Education) in the light of the Religious State Education’s Figure of the school year 5768 (2017-2018), Rabbi of the Western Wall, Rabbi Meir Yehuda Getz z”l, was held in the Western Wall Tunnels. The seminar was held in cooperation with the Western Wall Heritage Foundation, the Ministry of “Hemmed,” the Ministry of Education, and Channel 20.
Prayers to the Western Wall from 140 countries: “For My House shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.”
Ahead of Rosh Hashanah, in keeping with tradition: Prayer notes placed between the stones of the Western Wall over the past six months have been removed and transferred for ritual burial.
